Provided requirements management to ensure projects met cost, timeliness and integration goals, business process enhancements, and best practices.

AuthentikTime is a mobile time and attendance solution that can biometrically authenticate and record the work hours of any employee from any remote location with computer, smartphone, or tablet.
For this project, I provided technical leadership on the design, development/implementation and testing of business solutions, integrating legacy and new software technologies, taking Authentik’s industry leading product from current platforms to cloud based mobile and web framework’s SAS system supporting a newly developed biometric fingerprint technology.

Digital Implementation
Strategic direction and implementation of all digital content, activities, and revenue generation for an international e-media group producing nearly $2 million in revenue including web strategy and planning, website operations and management, web and email newsletter audience development experience. Developed business strategy and technical foundation for turnkey webinar business, resulting in $100K additional revenue per year.
Pioneered user paid content delivery business by collaborating with cross sectional teams from marketing, sales, business to develop strategic approaches for high-quality digital online user experiences, which adds value to brands and engages viewers, while increasing website traffic. A strategy that resulted in annual recurring revenues of $100K and increasing website traffic 46%.
